About New England Lighting Partners
Locally owned, nationally backed. Serving the Merrimack Valley, Seacoast, and Greater Boston with professional holiday and permanent lighting.
Our Story
New England Lighting Partners is a locally-rooted team based in Hampstead, New Hampshire. We work a tight territory on purpose: everything within about 50 miles of home base. That covers southern New Hampshire from the Massachusetts line up through Manchester and Concord, the full Seacoast, the Merrimack Valley and North Shore, Greater Boston and MetroWest, and the southern Maine coast through York County. Keeping the radius tight is what lets our crews know the neighborhoods and get to a service call the same week. New England customers value craftsmanship and people who show up when they say they will, and that is the standard every install holds to, from Beacon Hill brownstones to Seacoast capes.
As part of the Lighting Partners franchise network, we bring national-level supply chain, training systems, and commercial-grade equipment to every job. As a locally owned and operated business, the team that quotes your property is the same team that shows up on install day and answers the phone when something needs attention mid-season.
New England customers are a specific kind of buyer. Whether it's a Beacon Hill townhouse, a Cambridge tech campus, a Burlington office park off 128, or a Newburyport Federal, the through-line is the same: people who notice details, expect straight answers, and don't want to be sold to. We built the company for that customer. Fixed prices before we start. Crews that show up on the day they promised. Materials that hold up to a Nor'easter without a service call. If you have been burned by a lighting company before - and most of our customers have - you will recognize what is different here inside the first walkthrough.
Our Commitment to the Merrimack Valley, Seacoast, and Greater Boston
New England Lighting Partners was founded on a simple idea: exterior lighting -- whether for the holidays or year-round -- should be handled by professionals who treat your property with the same care they would give their own.
We invest in commercial-grade materials because cheap lights look cheap. We invest in trained installation crews because sloppy installs show. And we invest in customer service because the best advertising is a neighbor asking who did your lights.
Being part of the Lighting Partners franchise network means we have the support of an established brand, proven systems, and industry-best purchasing power -- while remaining a locally owned business that answers the phone and knows your neighborhood.
We serve communities across New England including MA, NH, ME, CT, RI, and VT. If you are in our service area, we want to earn your business.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Nor'easters typically arrive between December and February, after our primary install window closes in early December. We schedule installs to be fully complete before the first major storm of the season. If you book late and a storm is imminent, we will work with you on timing or, if needed, push to the next available safe window. All our materials are rated for ice loading, so once installed, your lights will weather the storm fine.
- Yes. We work in Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Concord, Lexington, Newburyport, Portsmouth, Exeter, and other historic districts across our territory regularly. We understand that historic district guidelines may restrict permanent fixtures or visible hardware. We design installs that meet those guidelines, and when needed we coordinate with homeowners and local boards through the approval process.
- Yes, and we do this often across older New England homes. The mounting method for slate and cedar is different from asphalt and requires a more careful approach. Our crews are trained on these materials and we will assess the roof during the initial site visit to confirm the right install method for your home.
- Our lights are rated for the conditions, so an ice storm does not typically damage them. After a major storm, we run service routes through affected zip codes to inspect installs and address any issues at no additional charge during the active season.
- Our service territory is roughly a 50-mile radius around Hampstead, New Hampshire. That covers southern and central New Hampshire, the Seacoast, the Merrimack Valley, the North Shore, Greater Boston and MetroWest, and York County in southern Maine. We run install teams by sub-region inside that radius, so your job is routed to the crew that covers your area, with a single point of contact for the whole project. If you are just outside the radius, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
