One Standard of Work Across the Territory
We are a locally operated franchise based in Hampstead, New Hampshire, with the backing of a national lighting network. That means local crews who know their markets - Beacon Hill brownstones, Portsmouth historic storefronts, Newburyport Federals, Boxford estates - paired with the supply chain and engineering of an established brand.
Every community we serve gets the same commercial-grade, cold-rated fixtures, the same non-penetrating roof-safe mounting, and the same clean seasonal takedown. Whether you are on a brownstone in Back Bay, a coastal home in York, or a farmhouse in Chester, the standard does not change.

Communities We Serve
Organized by region so you can find your community. Each region has its own architecture, climate timing, and design considerations, and our crews know all of them.
Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Boston & MetroWest (MA)
Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk & Suffolk Counties
Our highest-volume region covers the Merrimack Valley just over the state line, the North Shore, the dense suburban Boston market, and MetroWest. Brownstones, Federal-era brick, historic slate roofs, and 1890s Victorians require a careful hand. Our Boston crew trains specifically on non-penetrating clip systems for historic masonry and landmark district guidelines.
Brookline
Brownstones and historic triple-deckers. Non-penetrating clip systems, historic district safe.
Newton
Large colonial estates. Multi-day coordinated installs before the first hard freeze.
Wellesley
Estate homes with complex rooflines. Custom channel routing on permanent installs.
Lexington
Historic farmhouses and 18th-century homes. Preservationist-friendly mounting methods.
Concord
Colonial-era properties. District-approved install methods, clean January takedown.
Cambridge
Tech corridor commercial campuses. Overnight and off-hours install available.
Beacon Hill
19th-century brick rowhouses. Clip-only installs that leave facades unmarked.
Back Bay
Victorian brownstones. Non-puncture roof clips, color-matched to trim.
Haverhill
North Shore residential and commercial. Roofline, trees, entrance features.
Seacoast - Southern NH & York County ME
Rockingham, Strafford & York Counties
Our home region. The Seacoast team covers southern and central New Hampshire and the York County coast in southern Maine. These coastal markets have salt-air hardware requirements that inland markets do not. Every Seacoast install uses 316 stainless fasteners and corrosion-protected wiring runs. The NH Seacoast also sees early hard freezes - our install calendar here closes in mid-November most years.
Manchester NH
Historic mill conversions and residential. Large brick facades, brick-safe clip systems.
Bedford NH
Executive residential. Annual contracts with locked-in install dates by Labor Day.
Portsmouth NH
Historic downtown storefronts and inns. BID-coordinated commercial installs.
Hampstead NH
Home base. Same-day site visits and the fastest service response in the territory.
Exeter NH
Historic downtown and academy-area residential. District-friendly mounting methods.
Kittery ME
Coastal residential and Route 1 commercial. Marine-grade hardware standard.
York ME
Coastal estates and beach-area properties. Corrosion-resistant connectors throughout.
Wells ME
Seasonal and year-round coastal homes. Salt-air rated hardware, off-season scheduling available.
Kennebunk ME
Historic coastal residential. Non-penetrating clip systems on older millwork.
New England Install & Service Calendar
New England runs on a short, weather-driven calendar. Here is how the season works across the territory.
Booking window opens
Calendar opens in late summer. Book by Labor Day for first choice of install dates across the territory. The NH Seacoast and inland NH fill 2-3 weeks earlier.
NH & southern ME install
Inland New Hampshire and the York County coast install in a compressed window. Hard freezes arrive earlier here; roofs close by mid-November.
Boston metro & MetroWest install
Greater Boston, MetroWest, and the North Shore have a slightly longer window. Mid-October through early December is our primary season.
Takedown & storage
Removal begins in January once roofs are safely walkable. Inland NH wraps first; the Boston metro and coastal areas often extend into March.
Zip Codes We Cover
These are primary zip codes within our New England coverage footprint. Adjacent zips are usually serviceable; reach out to confirm.
Climate & Weather Notes
Our territory gives us a real four-season install calendar. Nor'easters between December and February bring heavy snow and ice loads, especially through the Merrimack Valley and north of Boston. The coastline from Salisbury and Newburyport up through Portsmouth, Kittery, and York runs milder in snowfall but adds salt air and wind exposure. Inland toward Concord and the Lakes Region we see sustained sub-zero stretches. Our primary install window runs October through early December, and takedowns run January through March. Every fixture we install is rated for sustained cold, ice loading, and salt air along the coast.
Market Context
One territory, one dispatch schedule, a 50-mile radius around Hampstead. Southern New Hampshire and the York County coast run out of our Seacoast crew, the group that also handles our salt-air installs and mid-November early-freeze bookings. The Merrimack Valley, North Shore, Greater Boston, and MetroWest run out of our Massachusetts team. Keeping everything inside a 50-mile radius is the reason a service call gets answered the same week instead of getting queued behind a three-hour drive. Whichever part of the territory you are in, one point of contact owns your job from quote through takedown.

Service Area FAQs
- Nor'easters typically arrive between December and February, after our primary install window closes in early December. We schedule installs to be fully complete before the first major storm of the season. If you book late and a storm is imminent, we will work with you on timing or, if needed, push to the next available safe window. All our materials are rated for ice loading, so once installed, your lights will weather the storm fine.
- Our service territory is roughly a 50-mile radius around Hampstead, New Hampshire. That covers southern and central New Hampshire, the Seacoast, the Merrimack Valley, the North Shore, Greater Boston and MetroWest, and York County in southern Maine. We run install teams by sub-region inside that radius, so your job is routed to the crew that covers your area, with a single point of contact for the whole project. If you are just outside the radius, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
- For New England, we recommend reaching out by Labor Day. Our October and November calendar fills quickly, and the install season is short because of the weather. For permanent lighting, lead times are shorter and we install year-round.
- Yes. We carry general liability and worker's comp insurance, and we hold the credentials required in each state we operate in. We can provide certificates of insurance to commercial clients on request.
