Holiday & Permanent Lighting in Manchester & Bedford

Manchester has the Millyard - enormous brick facades that light better than almost any building type in New England. Bedford has the residential to match. Two very different jobs, twenty minutes apart.

Serving Manchester & Bedford

Drive time from our Haverhill base: roughly 35-45 minutes north. Southern New Hampshire is close-in for us and gets consistent crew coverage through install season.

The Millyard and mill conversions are a specialty. Manchester's brick mill buildings are among the best lighting subjects in New England - enormous, repetitive, architecturally rhythmic facades where a well-executed run of warm-white light along the cornice line looks genuinely spectacular. They also present specific problems: height, scale, historic brick that takes no fasteners, and multi-tenant occupancy that means coordinating with property management and several businesses at once.

We handle those as commercial programs: one design across the whole facade, a phased install scheduled around tenant operations, lift access planned in advance, insurance and scope documentation a property manager can file, and a defined in-season service response window in the agreement.

Bedford residential. Larger newer homes and established properties with substantial elevations. Every run measured and cut on-site, all-clip attachment with nothing stapled, nailed, or glued to stone, cast columns, or finished trim.

Downtown Manchester commercial. Elm Street and the surrounding commercial district, scheduled around business hours.

Nor'easter-ready. Southern New Hampshire takes real winter - heavy snow, ice storms, nor'easters. Cut runs, tightened clip spacing on exposed elevations, sealed connections, commercial-grade product throughout.

Install October through early December. Takedown January through March. Storage included.

Permanent lighting on a mill building

For a mill conversion or a large multi-tenant brick facade, permanent LED is usually the clearly better decision, and the reasons are operational.

Lift access. A seasonal install on a four or five-story mill facade means lift work twice a year, every year, plus the scheduling and access coordination that comes with it. Permanent converts that into a one-time build. In a New Hampshire January, "no lift on an icy lot" is worth real money and real risk avoidance.

Historic brick. Fewer hands and fewer fasteners on the building over time, permanently.

Consistency and control. The whole facade matches every year, and it can be re-colored from a phone for a holiday, a tenant milestone, or a downtown event - no work order, no crew, no lift.

Tenant experience. No annual notice-and-disruption cycle for the businesses inside.
